Ah, it’s Ground Hog Day, time for gathering around the table with our loved ones while Dad carves the groundhog.
If you can’t tell I haven’t been doing anything of great interest these past few days. My days have been filled doing house and yard work and getting the workshop ready for whatever project I end up doing next. It’s not very exciting stuff.
I have been walking in preparation for the River Walk. I’m up to 3 miles and although my foot gets sore I think it will be OK.
Old Mr. ground hog did see his shadow today and Mother Nature is not waiting on the promise of 6 more weeks of winter. Tomorrow night we will be down into the 20’s. Brother Lou will arrive in town for the coldest weather of the season. Bad weather seems to follow him around this year.
Tomorrow the adventure continues.
