After having no raccoons for 3 nights—I just looked out to find 5 of them feasting on the cats’ food. So I set the trap again and now have to decide if I’m going on raccoon watch again.
We did our usual visit to Waffle House this morning and then I spent the rest of the day doing house and yard stuff.
Yesterday I found 3 big caterpillars on my1 remaining parsley plant. Today they were gone along with most of the plant but I was treated to seeing 1 butterfly circle the plant and then quickly deposit an egg on it.
Baby watch continues.
