We bought some pork shoulder and ribs and it will be my turn to cook that tomorrow in the smoker. The intent is to make pulled pork as practice for feeding people the week of C&C’s wedding.
The beach walk was nice but the sunset fizzled some due to some clouds being too thick. The walk was good and while it was cold it wasn’t freezing. The cold ends tomorrow.
I just finished cleaning up the kitchen and now it is bedtime. Good night!
