Not a lot of blogworthy stuff today. The high point of the day was Penny’s eggplant parmesean. We finally picked a couple eggplant fruits and Penny made a fantastic meal from them. I ate till I was ready to burst.

I spent the morning making the way straight for the A/C installation tomorrow. The workmen are supposed to show up at 7:30 AM and take 6-8 hours to complete the job. Until then our leaky unit is keeping us cool and I keep an eye on the bucket collecting water to make sure we don’t soak our floor.

We saw the married couple again today and we will see them weekly for who knows how long. They are actually making visible progress. I just wish they had better preparation before they were wed.
