Slow Monday

I made a little more progress on reclaiming the garage today. 1 more good day and I should get the car back in there. The key word is “good”. I only got a couple hours in today. I ended up tired again and took a nap. That was followed by a spectacular thunderstorm that wiped out any outside work for the afternoon. The cold is gone. I’m tired because I’m not sleeping well because of my thumbs (I think).

Our vacuum cleaner quit working a couple of days ago so I took it apart and troubleshot it down to the power switch. The switch itself is a square device on a small circuit board. I went on line and after a little searching found a place that sold the part. With shipping it costs $15. Hopefully it will fix the problem and we will have the vacuum back.

Penny is busy making ravioli for tomorrow night and she looks like she is enjoying herself. The house has the wonderful aroma of portabella ravioli. Malcolm has had so much food in his house that he made Penny promise to leave no food. That means I may be forced to have leftovers this week. But life is rough everywhere, right?
