Diet Update

Penny and I are off the previous diet and are now on a similar but much more flexible one.  We can design our meals and snacks from a larger variety of foods that are more accessible.  We can even eat out.  The old diet got us thinking in the right direction and gave us a better understanding of what we should be eating.  Now we see if we can carry on on our own with guidance from several sources.

It’s surprising to me how much we thought was healthy eating actually isn’t.

The result of my 3-weeks on the old diet ?  I lost 9 lbs, which is not bad, and I am feeling better (more energy, less tired) each day.
