Today was a “make sure we don’t trash the house after the trip” day. We did church and then Target. The rest of the day I did laundry and other housework while watching football in between. I at least got all the laundry done.
Even though my fantasy football team finished in 1st place in the league it lost the first game of the playoffs and isn’t in contention for the league championship. It’s still playing other teams but it is for nothing. Regardless of that fact I still find myself tracking the team and wanting to win. I paid more attention to football this year. I watched a good part of the New Orleans game today and it was a thriller. My fantasy quarterback is Drew Brees and he made me 29 plus points today—a very good day.
I also took a stab at setting up a fitness program for myself. Now that my foot appears to be OK enough to use normally I’ve run out of excuses. If I actually start this program you’ll read more about it in future blogs.
Kitty Update—no cats showed up yesterday. Nobody was out there this morning either. Of course, it was raining so they usually aren’t there in the rain. Tonight Lady Marmalade made her appearance followed about an hour later by Buzz.
