Day 2 and even more rain! We had tornado warnings this morning and lots and lots of rain.
We did our usual run to Target after the worst weather passed. It’s quit rumbling now but it has been raining all day.
In between doing stuff in the house I’ve been watching the woot-off that is currently in progress. This is the time of day they usually offer their hard-to-get bag-o-crap so I’m staying close to the computer for the next half-hour or so.
When we were in NC we found out Jody was burning through audio books at a rapid rate with her long commute. We have a bunch of books on CD that we have read and are just taking up space so I said we would send her some. The CDs were not in order so I spent some time today gathering complete books. I gathered 3 tall CD spindles and half a small one in about an hour. That’s over 325 CDs at 80 minutes each.
The bag-o-crap came up and I hit the order button right away—and still didn’t get one. Better luck next month.
It looks like we are in for a wet trip to Waffle house in the morning.
